Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD)

Armenia

 

Under the Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) contract, AED’s Center for International Training provides training and non-training interventions to support USAID’s technical assistance activities in Armenia, or fill a void where no technical assistance provider exists.

 

This program will continue the work of the START/PTP program, with more of a focus on HICD.
