The ERP is an integrated set of activities intended to establish a foundation of policy and institutional capacity for sustainable and replicable reform in the seven target governorates and institutional partners. ERP EQUIP2 program interventions will address the following elements: Policy: operational policies to implement a decentralized system and active engagement of the private sector and public Systems and Educational Strategies: to support innovative school level programs implemented through EQUIP1 Organizational Capacity: to develop the skills, knowledge, and procedures to implement the reforms Civil Society Participation: demand and support for education through engagement of the civil society and private sector Knowledge of effective interventions: to encourage continuous improvement through monitoring and evaluation and action education research.	• Where We Work Current RFPs Project Stories Publications & Reports Contact Us Site Map
