The two-year activity will provide services for two Masters degree scholars in the area of education-curriculum development, and four short-term trainees in other fields supportive of the Mission’s development strategy. AED will assist USAID/Benin in implementing its training program to effectively and efficiently support the achievement of its strategic objectives. To do this, AED is to administer the US-based training program and to implement post-training follow-on programs to assist the trainees in using their new skills in their jobs. Training is funded by the different Strategic Objectives (SOs), and consists of (1) US Long-term Academic training, (2) US Short-term Technical training.
